1. Use of Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dogvatar. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under your credentials..

2. User Content

You may upload videos, submit behavior check-ins, send chat messages, and contribute feedback (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Dogvatar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and analyze that content solely for:

• Providing the Services to you and others
• Training and improving our AI models
• Aggregated analytics and product development

We do not claim ownership over your raw User Content. However, you acknowledge that we retain full ownership of any derived models, algorithms, insights, or tools created from aggregated and anonymized data, even if that data originated from your inputs.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and functionality of the Services (excluding your User Content) are owned by Dogvatar and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Data and Privacy

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our [Privacy Policy]. You also understand that your data may be used to improve Dogvatar’s AI models. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

6. Termination

Our Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI output or training advice is always accurate or suitable for your specific dog or situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dogvatar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
